  -Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or ClassMate's systems.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on ClassMate. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

4. Fees and Payments

Pricing: Some features of ClassMate may be subject to fees. All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase and are subject to change.

Payments: You agree to pay all applicable fees for the use of ClassMate. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the platform.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to ClassMate or its users.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: ClassMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of ClassMate.

 7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The republic of Ghana.  Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
